Meet the Office Staff

Damon Wynn (President)- Damon has been the vision and driving force behind Wynn's Services success. Starting the company almost 15 years ago with nothing more than a few tools and a beat-up Ford Probe, his entrepreneurial spirit has grown a one-man painting operation to a full-service home improvement company.

Damon is a husband of seven years to his wife, Brittany, and father of 6-year old Morgan and 3-year old Jacob. When he's not running around Cincinnati doing estimates, Damon can be found at home with the family, on their boat, or at the gym.

Pat Wynn (Office Manager)- While she is the biological mother of Damon, Pat has taken on the role of "Office Mom" to everyone else in the company. Pat has a wide range of responsibilities, from payroll to scheduling, and customer service to budget management. Pat organizes all of the office records and creates weekly reports.

When she's not busy keeping everyone in-check, Pat enjoys spending time with her grand-children, going to local Native American Pow Wows, and being involved with her church.

Andrew McIntosh (Operations Manager)- Joining our team in May of 2008, Andrew was brought on-board to handle a multitude of responsibilities as the Operations Manager. From recruiting top-notch painters and carpenters to serving as our main marketing contact, Andrew takes on anything put in front of him. Andrew also handles all of our customer follow-ups and warranty-related issues.

When he's not working hard in the office, you will probably find Andrew somewhere rooting on his beloved Ohio State Buckeyes or taking it easy with his dogs and his wife, Holly. He also teaches drum lessons part-time and enjoys being outdoors.
